Bredy Pierre-Louis, MD, a cardiologist in New York City, wanted to provide patients with a guide to heart-healthy eating that was easy to read and follow. This 120-page book provides an evidence-based strategy, especially for the underserved population, to preserve health and protect lives.
I worked with Dr. Pierre-Louis to develop a comprehensive outline that incorporated his ideas, develop the style and tone of the book, and provide the initial draft. Then we worked together to finetune the book copy and oversee the design of the book.
